LeaderLine has been shaped through extensive research, behavioural science, and co-design with people leaders across Europe. We've developed a clear vision for the pilot, including facilitated Leadership Circles, curated peer pairings, practical learning experiences, and an app-enabled member experience.
What remains intentionally unfinished is how these services work best in practice.
The pilot is where we'll test, learn, and refine the experience together. Your feedback won't determine whether LeaderLine exists, it will help shape how it evolves.

The pilot will initially run through Discord, supported by simple digital tools and guided onboarding. We'll be with you every step of the way, and as we learn together, the digital experience will continue to evolve.

LeaderLine is a confidential community where people leaders can drop the mask, connect with trusted peers, share real challenges, and grow together through practical support and shared experience.
LeaderLine is for people leaders who value authentic connection, continuous growth, and confidential peer support beyond their organisation, regardless of industry, geography, or leadership experience.
Every member completes a short onboarding survey to help us thoughtfully curate peer connections, Leadership Circles, and learning experiences aligned with their leadership context, aspirations, interests, and development priorities.
There is no mandatory attendance. Members can typically participate in one or two experiences each month, choosing the conversations, development sessions, and peer connections most valuable to them.
Leaderline is currently in pilot. Founding members join the pilot for free, with early-entry pricing when the community formally launches.
The pilot includes facilitated Leadership Circles, peer partnerships, interactive development sessions, and access to the LeaderLine community, giving leaders practical support, meaningful connections, and ongoing opportunities for growth.
Not yet. During the pilot, we'll use Discord to facilitate the LeaderLine community. It's a simple, reliable platform that lets us focus on delivering a high-quality experience while learning what members value most.
